About the Role

We’re hiring an AI Solutions Consultant to bridge advanced agentic AI platforms with enterprise engineering and business teams. What you'll Do

Technical Leadership

·  Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise teams adopting agentic AI in workflow automation.

·  Evaluate architectures, integration constraints, and security requirements.

·  Translate technical challenges into AI automation solutions with clear ROI.

·  Lead technical deep dives to guide design, deployment, and governance.

Customer Engagement

·  Align AI strategies with client transformation goals.

·  Design proof-of-concepts that demonstrate real business value.

·  Support the shift from traditional automation to AI-augmented workflows.

·  Build long-term partnerships through technical credibility and insight.

Solution Design

·  Architect scalable AI integrations within enterprise ecosystems.

·  Define success metrics and ensure pilots deliver against measurable outcomes.

·  Collaborate with client engineers to achieve seamless integrations.

Collaboration

·  Represent customer needs internally, shaping future offerings.

·  Support the sales and engagement process with your AI-related business acumen.

·  Contribute to creation of best-practice playbooks and technical documentation.

Who You Are

·  7+ years in software engineering, AI architecture, and enterprise solutions.

·  Deep knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

·  Experienced in integrating modern AI into complex, regulated environments.

·  Strong communicator able to engage both engineers and executives.

·  Proven leader comfortable with ambiguity and technical complexity.

·  Curious, customer-driven, and motivated by enterprises transformation.

Preferred Experience

·  Background as a Lead AI Engineer or AI Solutions Architect.

·  Experience delivering AI/ML solutions within digital transformation projects.

·  Track record of business impact from AI initiatives.

·  Contributions to open-source, publications, or technical thought leadership.

·  Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·  Prior roles at leading technology or consulting firms are a plus.
